Agent Ray Mala of the United States government is sent out to investigate Clipper Island after a terrible dirigible accident. Male finds himself in conflict with the islands' natives lead by Princess Melani but the true culprit is an international spy ring that want's the island all to itself. With the help of his animal companions, Rex the Horse and Buck the dog, and two unlikely sidekicks Mala will have to convince Melani to help him ferret out the spies and make Clipper Island safe again!
